Ronnie leads Pathways Matter with a calm, grounded and people‑centred approach. She is an experienced practitioner and facilitator with a background spanning public, private, charity, health, education and social care sectors.
Her work focuses on helping organisations listen better, engage meaningfully and build cultures where children, young people, families and communities feel seen, heard and valued.
Ronnie specialises in trauma‑informed practice, participation and engagement, co‑design, organisational listening and the development of practical tools that strengthen everyday practice. She is also the author of Engagement, Involvement & Participation: A Beginner’s Guide for Practitioners Working With Children, Young People & Families and the creator of the Pathways Matter Practice Toolkit.
